Purification Process:

  • STEP 1: AG Pre-Filtration – cartridge type, removes particulate matter down to 20 microns.
  • STEP 2: Carbon – an activated carbon cartridge filter that removes chlorine, chloramine, solvents, lead, insecticides, gasses, and other harmful contaminants. Works as a water softener, without the use of salt and drawing hardness particles together and crystallizing them. Includes an automatic backwashing system.
  • STEP 3: 5 Micron Pre-Filter – removes particles, sediments, and algae.
  • STEP 4: R.O. Pump – high pressure, stainless steel pump to boot water pressure to 150 lbs. for maximum membrane efficiency.
  • STEP 5: Reverse Osmosis Membrane – water is forced through a semi permeable, .0002 micron membrane, allowing only pure water molecules to pass.
  • STEP 6: Storage – water is stored in FDA approved tanks.
  • STEP 7: Repressure System – 20 GPM pressure pump assures constant water supply from storage tanks to post carbon filter, ultraviolet sterilizer, and faucets.
  • STEP 8: Pressure Tank – 30 gallon pressure tank assures a constant flow of water to the filler and prolongs pump life.
  • STEP 9: Post Carbon Filtration – water travels through a 4.5in x 20in coconut shell carbon block filter, polishing it for an exceptionally smooth taste.
  • STEP 10: Ultraviolet Sterilizer – stainless steel sterilizer eliminates up to 99.9% of all bacteria.
  • STEP 11: Optional – ozone may be added to water storage tanks to prevent future bacterial growth.

At the moment, we do not offer home delivery service for water. However, we are actively looking into adding this option and hope to begin offering delivery in the near future. Keep a lookout for future announcements as we get closer to launching this service.

Our price reflects quality.

We use a 11-step filtration system versus the 2 to 5 steps used by most outside machines, and our system is larger and tested daily. We also keep our store and machines clean, wiped down, and sanitized inside and out, giving our customers peace of mind. When you factor in quality and cleanliness, our pricing is still very competitive.

Yes! Reverse Osmosis and Alkaline water are generally safe for pets. RO water removes any contaminants and harmful chemicals commonly found in tap water, making it a cleaner and safer option for daily hydration. Alkaline water is also considered safe for pets. However every pet is different, so it is always suggested to consult with your veterinarian first--especially if your pet has any underlying health conditions. But providing purified water can be a healthier alternative to tap water.

There is no such thing as "FDA-approved water" for self-service water refill stations. FDA approval applies to packaged, sealed bottled water sold with a specific label with a logo. Since we operate a self-service water store, the water itself is not FDA approved .However, our filtration system and the machines that store and dispense our water are FDA approved and compliant, ensuring the water is processed, handled and dispensed not only safely but properly
